SEM single slot thin specimen mounts, AMRAY, pin mount
The SEM single slot thin specimen mounts with 3.2mm diameter pin stub base and grooved edge are ideal for examination of thin samples from paper, plastics, metals, textiles, plants, etc., in cross section with a single wide opening up to 3.75mm or 6.4mm wide opening. Compatible with most AMRAY.
Sizes:
- EMS75950-09: 3.75mm wide slot, 15mm diameter x 10.2mm height + 14.3mm pin, pin is off centre with centred slot  Â
- EMS75948-08: 6.4mm wide slot, 12.7mm diameter x 8mm pin, pin is centred with slot off centre
- EMS75948-09: 6.4mm wide slot, 12.7mm diameter x 15mm pin, pin is centred with slot off centre
