Custom tip designs: 

EMS75960-01 - Tip radius is 0.5µm with 13° taper angle, with a nickel tube shank

EMS75960-02 - Tip radius is 0.5 µm with 8 to 10° taper angle. For use with AutoProbe? 200.  The reduced taper angle allows for extended needle life for those users who cut and reshape their needles in the FIB. Shank diameter is 0.508 mm (0.020). Needle length is 34.036 mm (1.34").

EMS75960-05 - Tip radius is < 0.5µm with 6° taper angle.  Compatible with Short-Cut? system for direct conversion to TEM grid. Shank diameter is 0.508 mm (0.020). Needle length is 19.304 mm (0.760").
